Grow in Community through Groups
People are our focus, and at Holy Trinity we know we were designed to grow together in community. Groups exist for us to grow closer to Jesus with a close-knit community of believers, pursuing the calling of discipleship. We offer different groups to get people involved in the Church and to lead them towards a disciple-like relationship that reproduces the life of Christ in themselves and those around them.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Seniors
Holy Trinity welcomes and celebrates its seniors! It's been awhile, but we are bringing back our Senior Lunches! These gatherings offer an opportunity to meet new friends and socialize with long time buddies while enjoying great food, games, and raffles! Please watch the parish bulletin and our Flocknote announcements for details about each luncheon. Our plan is to start with 4 times a year. But if they are successful and if we can get enough helpers each time, we would love to offer them more often. Luncheon reservation forms are available below.
Print two and bring a friend!! $20.00 per person.
Luncheons take place in the Parish Hall. Doors open at 10:30 am on the day of the luncheon.
Completed forms and payments should be returned to the Ministry Center in person, by US Mail, or by way of the collection baskets. Full instruction are on the forms.

40 Days for Life
The Catholic Community from the Diocese of San Diego joins millions of people around the world to pray and fast during the 40 Days for Life Campaign. This campaign is a continuous peaceful prayer vigil for 40 days in front of abortion facilities with the aim to provide resources to pregnant women in crisis and save babies from abortion. More than 26,000 babies have been saved, and 184 abortion centers have been closed since 2007 when the 40 Days for Life organization was established.
Holy Trinity takes part in these organized prayer gatherings as part of the El Cajon 40 Day Campaign. They pray outside of Planned Parenthood at 1685 E. Main Street in El Cajon, CA.
San Pedro Calungsod Group
The San Pedro Calungsod group at Holy Trinity is very active in parish life. In addition to organizing seasonal events, outings, and fundraisers, members participate in many parish ministries, including altar flowers and other church beautification efforts.
